"Spiff is awesome!"

What do you like best about Spiff? I love how it breaks down my commission monthly. I can see what jobs I'm being paid on, as well as the amount and it tracks all kinds of commission data for me. I can also see my average monthly commission for the year, which I love as a Salesman.

What do you like best about Spiff? I like that I can see what I'll be paid in the coming paycheck and to see my sales commissions automatically broken down for me.

What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff makes it really easy to understand and track your commissions. Before using Spiff we got a report via email. Now we can click through Spiff each month, see the details of the different commission structures and the deals that count towards each one. It makes it faster and easier to understand your commissions.

What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff makes historically complicated commission calculating and review simple and intuitive. The UI is beautiful and modern, unlike what I've used in the past.

What do you like best about Spiff? I have more transparency into what I will be paid. It is easy to see what deals I have that are waiting for payment and what deals that have been paid that I will receive commissions on my next paycheck. Before we had to just guess and keep checking with our finance department.

What do you like best about Spiff? I really like how easy it is for me to see my variable pay and it gives me a much better understanding of why that is my variable pay for that period. It also allows me to understand where that variable is coming from. All in all a very nice tool to use if you have any variable pay as part of your comp package.
