"Smooth implementation and quality results"
What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff provides a great deal of visibility for reps - not only deals closed in the period but also the commission earned on each deal and the calculation used to get to that commission. This visibility has dramatically decreased the amount of questions received from sales reps each month. Additionally, because the calculations are automated, the opportunity for human error is basically eliminated.

What do you like best about Spiff? It is nice to track your earnings and seeing it all in real time. For me, I get to budget for next month and see what things are looking like 30 days to come. Good deal. IT IS AWESOME. On the likes it gives you the exact amount of commission you are bringing in. The deals are also uploaded so now you can see that you have all your deals accounted for and everything is processing correctly for your next commission check. What do you like best about Spiff? It is very easy to track your compensation in what can be a very complex compensation plan. This not only provides transparency but can also provide motivation to some people.

What do you like best about Spiff? How easy to us it it is and how I can access it on my phone. It is nice to see where my commission stands in the month and quarter. This way I don't have to ask finance as many question and what is going on with my commission structure.
