What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff makes it so easy to find out exactly what I can expect on my next comp check. Especially with variable comp plans it can be very manual to track percentages, payments, etc., but it's all easy to find and accessible on the dashboard. I also like that I can drill down into each individual deal to get specific information.

What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff is very easy to navigate. It's not just eye candy. The numbers are accurate and I can clearly see what my expectations are for commissions. It's a game changer for reps that are currently using spreadsheets. Complete visibility into my current month of commissions as well as past months to track my progression throughout the year.

What do you like best about Spiff? The application delivers transparency and and efficiency in our commissions process. As a technology company our old process for processing commissions did not match our culture of innovation. Spiff has allowed us to up our game and provides a more professional image to our employee base.

What do you like best about Spiff? I like that I can log in at any point in the month to see how the commissions are tracking. No more spreadsheets to have to refer back to.

What do you like best about Spiff? As an admin it really helps not having to do spreadsheets etc and to be able to track commission payments as they come in. Love the ability to override as needed and do custom things. Overall I think it's a great tool but as lots of startups has some kinks to work through which i'm familiar with at my own company so I can relate.
