What do you like best about Spiff? I love being able to log in at any time and see where i'm at. Having that visibility serves as additional motivation to keep pushing. You are able to see where you are at and where others in the org are at. Who doesn't love a little friendly competition? It's rewarding if you are above the line, and eye-opening if you are below. What do you like best about Spiff? I love that we have adopted Spiff. I know real-time where my commissions are. I have visibility of my entire comp plan and I can take action to correct any oversights. It's a great product. Everything is laid out in a super easy manner to read and digest.
