What do you like best about Spiff? The simplicity of the app and being able to access my commissions at any given moment. Gone are the days of confusing spreadsheets and human error when calculating commissions. What do you like best about Spiff? It allows me to easily see what I've accomplished for the month and helps motivate me. I love following up on my progress at the end of the month and feel confident in the breakdown of my success. It's also a good way to stay competitive when working in large groups because it helps you to see how you're doing and provides you a foundation to work off of.

What do you like best about Spiff? Before Spiff we had to ping our finance team for questions on our paychecks. Now we can see exactly where we are and how / why we are being paid for deals. It is also customized for our unique commission structure so you can get fairly granular into our understanding of the pay outs.

What do you like best about Spiff? It is incredibly easy to use. When I log in I immediately see the breakdown of deals I have sold, total commissions, quota attainment, accelerators etc. It also clearly shows on each individual deal what type/level of commission is being paid out. I also like how it shows my commission in real time through integrations.

What do you like best about Spiff? With Spiff I can see my historical performance at the click of a button (very cool!) It's also amazing for cash management as commissions get paid out after they're earned.
