What do you like best about Spiff? Mark Christiansen, our consultant made our onboarding and setup super smooth. He responded quickly to our questions each time and showed competence and knowledge in his answers and solutions. Spiff provided a lot of room for customization which is super important for us. We also added our Singapore entity which added another layer that involves another currency.

What do you like best about Spiff? The team that helps, big shout out to Melinda, she is excellent at implementation. also the ability for our reps to check their commission estimate at their leisure. It helps give our reps piece of mind and even that little extra motivation to watch their paycheck go up.

What do you like best about Spiff? I can check my commission at a glance and more importantly make sure it's accurate and highlight any inconsistencies so I can have them amended before I'm paid, rather than needing to chase payroll after it's happened.

What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff gives me an up to date overview of my monthly variable pay through their mobile app. Especially as our compensation plan is not that easy, it helps me to maintain an overview of the variable pay.
