What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff is great for managing our very complex commissions structures. It is incredibly customizeable and allows us to build multiple different structures into the system. It allows commissioned employees to see their pay out in real time as well. The logic used throughout Spiff is very simple as well and it allows you to break out each individual piece of any commission structure in order to trace potential errors or easily make adjustments in the future.

"Sales Friendly and Finance People Happy Here at ML!"
What do you like best about Spiff? It's just a very simple user interface for sales folks to access to understand the full breakdown of their compensation. In the past it had been a lot of back and forth with finance and days, if not sometimes weeks, of analysis undertaken if there was a discrepancy. That is no longer the case.
