"Spiff is a great tool to help with compensation"

What do you like best about Spiff? I really like that you can build out a lot of different plans to do compensation for. It's been extremely helpful to be able to use it for compensation and know the calculations are correct. I also really like that reps can see exactly what they got paid and why.

What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff gives me the best insights into the deals closed and recorded and also the compensation I will be getting paid for the month. As a sales manager, it also gives me an extra eye into how my team is doing. In my 1 on 1 meeting and pipe reviews with my reps, I like to set revenue goals with each rep, and SPIFF gives us an idea of how we can execute each individual's revenue goals. SPIFF is a great took to give me better insights into important data.

What do you like best about Spiff? As an employee with a bonus, Spiff helps me check in on our status on a day-to-day basis towards our quarterly bonus. I know that with Spiff, there's one source of truth on what our payouts should be.

What do you like best about Spiff? The ease of use and the simple graphics. This is what I originally put but you guys wanted more detail. The truth is you have an extremely simple program that gives us one number, how much commission did we make. It's nice to know that it's there but it's something we can calculate on our own. The design is simple and does what it should...when it's working. For the month of January our company couldn't even use it because there was an error. Quite frustrating!

What do you like best about Spiff? The simplicity of the UI and easy breakdown of the information. It also has a chatbot that is consistently there as support which is a great asset.
