"Easy, simple transparent way to track commission"

What do you like best about Spiff? I love how simple it is to see what you'll earn in a single month. With so many different comp plans on our SDR team (MM, ENT, Team Leads, Managers, and emerging market teams) Spiff makes it much more straightforward and automated. It saves a ton of time for our revenue ops person, and makes the rep realize where they are at on the month.

It helps me to budget and forecast my earnings without it being a complete black box. Before, we used this horrible Excel spreadsheet that was utterly confusing.
