"SPIFF - A game changer to see commission of team"
What do you like best about Spiff? As a Regional Head, I am glad to see the Total and Average Commission of my team besides the individual figures. I know the adjustments, commission breakdown, and trend. It helps me motivate my team to push themselves for better sales with better collections and allows them to reflect on their total earning potential so that they can strive towards the same.

What do you like best about Spiff? No need to use internal CRMs or reporting system and browse through endless reports, just a quick check-in and all you need to know about you bonus is there. Ease of use and understanding what each aspect means.

What do you like best about Spiff? I like the full visibility into the payment process. There is often complexity involved, and this tool takes you through the calculations step by step and shows you how every individual piece is calculated. I have to say I greatly appreciate the user interface and the ability to track my information outside of an Excel spreadsheet. The avatars are hilarious, and it seems that the company culture, in general, is all around pretty cool.
