What do you like best about Spiff? This tool is great. It ha a very clean look and feel, was easy to set up, and is really easy for users to get the info they need. What do you like best about Spiff? I love seeing the deals I have closed and what my paycheck will look like in real-time. It's also essential to keep the company accountable for what they are supposed to pay me. Sometimes there are discrepancies.

"Easy. Wonderful."

What do you like best about Spiff? Visibility into commissions, without the manual effort to get them pinned down, has been a huge improvement over "the old way". Tagging admins on any missed or incorrect commissions issues has ensured nothing gets lost in slack, and provides a single pane view of payout. The ability to look at previous months/years to see average payouts has provided better understanding of OTES as well.

"Amazing tool! Clear and accurate commission calculations. Also great for tracking my team's numbers."

What do you like best about Spiff? Before Spiff I used to keep track of my closed deals in a spreadsheet and checked if all of them were properly recorded on the last day of the month. Luckily, Spiff has taken over this tedious work for me. Now I can see at any point in time how much commission I'll be making and don't have to calculate or double-check anything myself. This gives me more time to focus on closing deals.
