What do you like best about Spiff? Very easy to use and follow. Love seeing what's coming down the pike and all the various ways to create a what-if scenario. All the information we look for is always available.

"User friendly + Spiff Analytics"
What do you like best about Spiff? We implemented Spiff in March 2020. The product is simple, clean and easy to use. It has quickly improved our monthly commission processing. Update in 2022, Adam has been our designated Rep and is always responsive. We implemented Spiff Analytics for more robust reporting features and it has been clean, communicative and ideal transition.

What do you like best about Spiff? Much better visibility and transparency for our sales team than our previous system. Our Success manager, Adam, has been excellent and extremely responsive any time a question or issue comes up. The designer tool is great and anyone with decent excel knowledge should be able to tweak/recreate the rules after they are originally programmed by the implementation team.

What do you like best about Spiff? Commissions and sales tiers change, but I love that whatever change we make SPIFF is there to have the data I need to see what I am making! I love the advantage of seeing my commission updated quickly! This gives me insight to what deals have sold and gone through, what deals that have any issues and any deals sold that are clawback and need additional attention. This information is crucial in sales.

What do you like best about Spiff? Monthly tracking allows you to see which deals fall into which month of commission payments. Our SFDC instance refreshes daily and so we always get most relevant up to date information anytime I log in.
