What do you like best about Spiff? It has been great to clarify any issues with the commission. Really easy to use and understand what I will be getting paid on for my commisions. I like the visual charts. More visuals are easier to understand and communicate with my team.

What do you like best about Spiff? Commissions are calculated immediately for each sale, on top of this you're able to see past commission periods and overall average line shown for the year. The interface is also relatively attractive so it's easy to navigate. All my deals are named with their opportunity names as well as the deal value amount which gives me an idea of how much each deal generated to my overall commission.

What do you like best about Spiff? It allows me to see what I'm going to get paid out for commission instead of me having to maintain my old spreadsheet. As a manager it also allowed me to easily see my team's upcoming payout so I could help them if there were any issues.
