What do you like best about Spiff? It syncs so fast with our source of truth (SFDC) and always gives an accurate and transparent view across all my variables. It just does everything I need it to do, at all times.

What do you like best about Spiff? This tool has been great to me. I have found errors from finance multiple times in the tool and was able to bring it to their attention quickly and with data/dashboards from the tool to back my case. Ultimately resulting in a correction being made. It's real-time nature is great because life is fast in a start up and errors are common. So, I ALWAYS know what's happening with my money.

What do you like best about Spiff? My favorite part of Spiff is the commission average it gives me. This has helped me a lot when creating a budget because I know what I can expect coming in. Also love that there's an app now. Also I"m not sure if they've had it for long but I like that it shows me how much commission I've made in the last 12 months

What do you like best about Spiff? I used to track all of my own personal commissions and finances through excel or notes. This makes that process automated and so much easier - and accurate. I've been in past jobs where commissions were not easily or correctly tracked, and now I do not have that worry.

What do you like best about Spiff? Not only is the platform easy to manage when it comes to the commission rules, team structures, and quotas, but it's an engaging solution for my reps who always love to be on top of their earnings their historical performance. As a Manager, it's great to have a snapshot of where the team is - compared to our monthly goals as a team and at the individual level allowing me to lend a hand to any rep who might need it to hit goal!
