What do you like best about Spiff? I like that when I click on an individual, I can see the commission trends over the last 12 months and the percentage associated with this. It is super easy to toggle between employees and periods. Just enough information is displayed at first glance when clicking on an employee. From there you can click on the category of commission, see the deals and then see any adjustments or explanations. Each brings up its page so that you are not bombarded with too ...

What do you like best about Spiff? It automatically updates my commission which builds trust in the commission structure and actually motives the team when you can see how much you are earning easily

What do you like best about Spiff? I love being able to see the math that goes into my commission statement each month. The forecasted commission section in spiff is also incredibly insightful. All in all, Spiff has reduced the number of times I've had to reach out to someone on our comp team with questions about how my commission is calculated. The UI is also super sleek and responsive. 10/10.
