Opting for a hands-on implementation may have taken a bit longer, but it equipped us with the knowledge and confidence to make changes and spin up new plans going forward. The Designer in Spiff (the backend) is very easy to navigate and is comprehensive so that even our finance team is able to create and update logic within the payout rules without too much assistance. Spiff now also has custom reporting where I can view different reports at the level that I need. What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff is a lifesaver (and a commission saver)! I have always found calculating commission is one of the harder aspects of my day-to-day saves live. Spiff is a great tool for auto-calculating your take-home and keeping track of potential mistakes that are bound to come up!
