What do you like best? Everything is pretty straight forward within the app / site. Makes it super easy to submit expense requests. What do you dislike? Sometimes, it uploads the receipt photos upside down, which eliminates the app's ability to auto-fill some of the required fields to submit the expense request. This is why spendesk is awesome

What do you like best? I no longer need to carry hundreds of tickets, and I above all do not have to input them into some excels sheet waiting my time. I just take a picture and click on enter. Practical

What do you like best? That you can update the receipt at the same Moment you do the expense. What do you dislike? Justify a refund, I rarely receive an invoice for a refund, so it’s annoying that stays in your page pending. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easily management of monthly budget, very easy to keep it updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Controlling business expenses more easily.

The fact that it collects all the information required for finance What do you dislike? the lag time between request and approval Recommendations to others considering the product: syncing spendesk directly into notifcations on browser might be useful What problems are you solving with the product? Really good experience

What do you like best? The mobile app to be able to control my physical card. What do you dislike? The multi-profil on the mobile app is not clear enough. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't send bills through e-mail anymore thank to Spendesk.

Dealing with all the expenses in a breeze

What do you like best? The possibility to create multiple virtual credit cards to use with different vendors is helping to keep your work organized, without having to worry about security since everything can be defined, from monthly limits to how many times the card should be used.
