Speechify’s Deceptive Practices and Utter Disregard for Loyal Customers

My experience with Speechify has been nothing short of a nightmare. A month before they allegedly canceled their lifetime referral program, I received written and audio confirmation from their Chief of Staff assuring me that completing five referrals would grant me lifetime access. I trusted this commitment, investing my own money and effort to meet the referral goal, even purchasing additional subscriptions for others. As a struggling college student seeing 200$ leave your account to a purchase you didn’t even know occurred can be quite worrying.
