Good customer service from Rohan.

Although Speechify was not fitting my needs and forgot I had subscribed until I saw the charge on my bank statement. I requested a refund and I was not getting a response from the refund team. However Rohan had emailed me and issued the refund in timely manner. Said that, I am glad at least Rohan is part of Speechfiy customer service to ease the customer experience.

I signed up for the free trial just to see if I liked it, and a few days later I got the email notification reminding me to cancel my subscription. I decided to cancel due to it being out of my budget and submit the cancellation request, it told me it was cancelled.
