I was grateful to get excellent customer service from Sofia. I needed to cancel my account, and I was pleasantly surprised that Speechify was able to reimburse me. I will buy this product again if I need it down the line.

Seriously, the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You have to get past the canned responses of the answering service but once you have a real rep, you’re in capable hands.

I had an issue with my account being…
I had an issue with my account being charged after my free trial ended and Mike and his team were very prompt and helpful in issuing me a refund. I already planned on resubscribing once I could afford it and now I 100% will be doing so and recommending Speechify to my friends and colleagues.
