New and Improved

New and Improved! I've been on and off Speechify for about three years and the current version is great - so many voice options, most of the technical glitches fixed, can move from my computer to phone listening seamlessly. I recently had an issue and Jerylle, in customer service, was super helpful.

I had a great experience with Lovella…

I had a great experience with Lovella from Speechify customer support. She helped me resolve a glitch in my system quickly and efficiently. She was very patient in walking me through the process and made sure everything was working properly before concluding our interaction. Her service was both professional and friendly. I signed up for the 3 day trial and…

I signed up for the 3 day trial and swore I canceled it but didn't and was charged 138 dollars. Due to hospital payments and bills I went into a panic cause I could not afford to lose that much money. I reached out to the Speechify team and Ronan and Kristi were so helpful. They reassured the problem would be fixed and then they made sure I was refunded. They were both incredible! 5 stars on the customer service ✨️

Would Reccomend

Hello! My name is Romie. So far, I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience with Speechify. I am a full time student with Dyslexia, and being able to scan in my documents and books to be able to have them read aloud is a life saver for me. It saves me so much time and takes a lot off my shoulders. When I needed financial aid, Lovella, one of Speechify’s representatives, was able to help me with payment opportunities and lower the cost for me. A huge thank you to Speechify and Lovella!

Scammy business practices

Was tricked into paying for the yearly premium membership, immediately requested a refund after I realized what happened. Customer service is incredibly difficult to reach. Scammy business all around
