Mike, was nice and made an wonderful offer and had I not been fighting cancer I would of def. took him up on it. However I wasn't able to do that at this time. He made sure I got refunded in the full amount and showed me the receipt where it was refunded. He was very quick in responding back to me and that is what I truly appreciate the most. Above my expectations

Great service when payed. It translation is extremely accurate and you can download in different formats. I super recommend this! Also, when I had to cancel my subscription an year later because I didn’t need it anymore, they refund my automatic payment right away when I contacted them. So, great service and great communication.
