Excellent app

Excellent app. Premium is well worth the cost. I have long commutes and lots of mandatory reading to do. I would have no time left for myself without Speechify. Also, fantastic customer service helped me resolve an issue with no delay.

coupon code issues / annual subscription

Had an issue with a coupon code not applying. Was changed the full amount and had to talk to customer service about the issue. They apply the discount code for me and refund the correct amount back to my card. All in all the customers service was quick and fast with no issue. Also I have pretty bad dyslexia and like to do writing. Being able to listen back to my writing really helps me with catching spelling mistakes or awkwardly sounding sentences.
