Pretty good customer service

Pretty good customer service. I was having trouble with the app also got charged even though I cancelled before the free trial ended. Customer service made it right by refunding me / offering a discount.

When reaching out for support

When reaching out for support, the chat feature on the website it states that someone will reply in a couple of hours. It took 3 days for me and it was stressful because I was being charged by mistake. The mistake I made that made me resubscribe was a “1 click subscription” button on Speechify's website. I clicked on it as I was trying to get to my account to ensure I unsubscribed before my trial ended. That page is very confusing because there is no way to access the account nor to ...

Money back guarantee

You should have a 3 day money back guarantee but ther is no way to cancel the trial. Nor from the app neither they reply to mails. So, the product is goos but there is no customer service and the steal your money. I have subscribed the wrong product, cause they have different ones, and nobody is responding! Negative

I was very pleased with my call

I was very pleased with my call. The representative empathize with my conflict about service rate statement online. He offered options to compromise and maintain service but in the end, I decided on a full refund. He promptly complied and stated my funds would return in 5-10 business. Because of his service, I still look forward to doing business with your company later. The pricing statement is confusing and he understood.

Customer service is simply non-existent for the average person. I tried to contact them for info, but no phone number is available for customers. So, I wrote, 3 days later I finally received a reply that was read diagonally by someone. It was obvious from his response that he had not read the email.
