Buggy product, non existent customer service

Purchased a yearly subscription a few months ago. I owned an Android device at the time I bought it and everything worked fine. I switched to iOS and the issues started piling up. The app just randomly crashes after a few minutes so it’s just impossible to listen to on an iPhone when I’m driving. Awesome customer service

Although the I didn't know my subscription was active and was unfortuanetly charged, Maria helped me immensly and was very quick and efficient with her response time and the quality of her knowledge. Although I will be cancelling my subscription due to my inactivty, I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service (as this week has been very hectic being a college student)

Great customer service!

Somehow I lost my link for Speechify. Was unable to reconnect through the online chat line, but they did give me a phone number to talk to someone in person. Mozzamil answered my call and provided the information I needed to reconnect my service.

Excellent Customer Service & Product

Speechify helped me tremendously while completing my administrative program as it helped to complete the readings in a more timely manner. Additionally, Speechify demonstrated excellent customer service when I reached out regarding a billing issue. Would highly recommend!

Quick service

I like the service .. it can connect the purchased booked in my kindle app and picked the favorite voice to listen:) it makes my son (13 years old whom loves Mr Beast) so much .. that he feels so excited to listen to books now. When I purchased the app.. there was an issue as it was linked with a diff email address .. the support help on their web site got back to me quick .. I sent a message there and Mozzamil was able to resolve my issue In 15 mins .. thanks so much

Pretty good customer service

Pretty good customer service. I was having trouble with the app also got charged even though I cancelled before the free trial ended. Customer service made it right by refunding me / offering a discount.
