I was very pleased with Speechify

I was very pleased with Speechify. The service didn't work like I wanted and I needed a refund and they made the process very easy and friendly. The customer service kept me informed the whole time. I will recommend these services to all my friends.

SCAM, THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT BUT THEY DON'T KNOW THAT THIS ISN'T THE CASE

My recent interaction with Speechify was nothing short of disastrous, leading me to call it a well-orchestrated scam. I got the 3 Day Free Trial

I got the 3 Day Free Trial, to test the App. I was very pleased but yet not really convinced, the German voices are not performing that well yet that I want to spend that much money on this app. I will watch and look out the development of this app in the future! I m sure with the help of Ai it will get better. Overall pleased, but in German not convincing. Customer Service is excellent, even though my English is very bad Mozzamil helped me and was very friendly. Greetings from Germany! M.F.C.

Mozzamil was excellent

Mozzamil was excellent. I had accidentally bought the app twice, once online and a 2nd time in an attempt to get it on my phone as well. He was so helpful; he helped me delete the unnecessary purchase and demonstrated to me how to go between my phone and computer. He restored my confidence in the app. Had he not called me I was going to cancel both and try another app. With that kind of support, I will stay! Thanks,Mozzamil!

My recent experience with Speechify customer support service was very positive. They responded to my concern quickly and their solution to my problem was more than satisfactory. I'm a new user so I don't have a lot to say about how it works. Hopefully, I will update this review after using Speechify for a while.
