Went from a hater to a lover in a few emails!

I was extremely escalated as I was charged the full price, when it said I was to have a discount, and I didn’t even have access to the premium version. Poonam stepped in and totally turned my experience and frustration around in a professional manner. They resolved, not only my issue, but gave me an even further discount for my trouble in a very timely manner. I went from a Speechify hater to lover in just a few emails, thank you Poonam for your excellent customer service! :)

Appreciating Ian and others

The feedback I got from Ian truly helped me to manage PDF files in the future to be easier recognizable by the online version of the application. However, I see that the Android app is more reliable and compatible with various situations. I hope that in the future, I will be less frequently facing such issues. Much appreciate Ian again and the whole Speechify team and wish this service will get better soon in the future on many other aspects as well, Ahmad

Don't waste your money buying Speechify…

I'm very disappointed with this program. It's difficult to navigate, voices are unreliable and at times robotic. I recorded my voice and it wouldn't allow me to use it. The whole experience is a waste of money and it feels like a beta version, best avoided.
