Good luck canceling

I used speechify for a bit. It was far too invasive and popped up on every web page. Eventually I canceled. I canceled om the day it renewed which they acknowledged. But because it went through on my card I disputed it. Because I disputed the charge they used it as an excuse to put me through hell. Many delays and excuses even after I withdrew the dispute. Today I received an email requesting a level of documentation that would put to shame an IRS audit. Good luck canceling.
