Company Didn't Honor Free Trial

I decided on the 2nd day of the three-day free trial that I didn't need the app, so I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. When I checked my credit card account I found I had been charged for the first month. I attempted to contact them on a Saturday, but I only got their chatbot which told me to contact them using WhatsApp. I don't use WhatsApp and asked them to contact me via email. This app is falsely advertised

Update: Speechify has offered to give me a refund in exchange for removing the following, truthful, review. I find this to be shockingly unethical, and feel it should be considered in reading reviews of this app. The original review is as follows: This app is horrible and falsely advertised. Great service and help

The short amount of time I spent using this online app was a very pleasant experience and much needed during a tough time when reading was hard. I have been using the app for this first year and honestly, I am definitely going to keep this app forever because it not just helps me by reading but also gives me audiobooks and I can use the application on my phone and also on my iPad and was amazing on my laptop.
