Speechify is so helpful for people who have an attention deficit disorder. I can finally get through pages and chapters of books in one setting. I’m able to stay focused. Thank you speechify. You have truly changed my life and my understanding of knowledge. Also, I love the AI summary. It allows you to get a quick recap of what you read. Helpful and reposeful. They were a little slow on responses - one In a few days but overall helped me and were pleasant to talk to.

I was fraudulently charged $139

I was scammed by this company. I ordered a free trial and cancelled after 10 minutes of use. Four days later I was charged $139. I contacted customer service through email, they don't have a phone. After 5 days of emailing the same screenshots and information of me cancelling, Sophia said they can't help me. I opened an investigation with PayPal and 5 days later they closed my case with no refund! I called PayPal in disbelief. They agreed to reopen my case. I have email confirmation as well ...

Making it Impossible to Cancel This crap is way over priced to begin with and when u try and cancel they literally make it freakin impossible to the point my only option is to open a dispute with my bank. Shame on these scam artists as if they arnt making enough already. Disgusting

Wonderful app and amazing service!

Speechify is the best text to speech app I have used after trying other similar apps. At the beginning, the service team was a bit slow in response. However, when I ran into some credit card subscription problem, they immediately help to solve it and did a great follow up service. Now I am a happy user and genuinely recommend this app and their service to anyone who needs this kind of app.

Speechify is great for reading PDFs -- so much faster getting through lengthy academic texts that don't exist as audiobooks!! Customer support is also very helpful -- thank you Ian! The voices are not too robotic and pleasant to listen to. They make a reasonable attempt at pronouncing any names and terms not common in English. Just watch out when signing up -- there is no monthly option, so you will be charged the annual amount after a 3 day free trial. If the upfront cost is comfortable ...
