They refund very quickly, which saved me so much panic and bank issues. Thank you speechify!

Brand new subscriber- super impressed!

Brand new subscriber. I had questions after office hours and expected to have to wait a day or two. Lovella emailed me back quickly and walked me through getting a technical question answered. The program seems easy to use and of great quality- but the fast cheerful and efficient customer service has me absolutely hooked. That’s where the real sign of quality is. Kudos!

DONT USE THIS

This site is not trustful, they dont offer refunds, I cancelled my subscribtion and they still draw money from my bank. They don't reply either and I am meeting the criteria for a refund but still doesnt offer it

Absolutely love this service! I have problems reading due to medical issues and it has given me the ability to continue to learn. I did have a problem with the app not opening after a software update. I reached out for help and they exceeded my expectations. They were in contact with me from the first day and kept in contact until the issue was resolved. It was one person, from start to finish, which made it very personal and so much faster.
