Great costumer service!! My agent Christian was extremely helpful and understanding. I really appreciated him responding so quickly and explaining the situation. Although, Speechify wasn't a good fit for my chemistry textbooks, I'm glad to know it is a good service I can use in the future for other text formats. Thank you!

Saves Me Tons Of Hours Reading E-Books

I've been using Speechify for years. It's the absolute fastest way to rip through a long blog post or an even longer PDF. Most ebooks are full of fluff & filler, so this tool allows me to get through it at 2x. When I needed help recently, their agent Mike was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I'm happy to keep using this service.

I wanted to try the app for the free trial period but it made the transaction for a year which is very expensive. The frustrating part is that you cannot cancel the subscription and request a refund on the app or website, you need to contact costumer services which might take time to reach back. I contacted costumer services and Nikki gave me a discount and I decided to keep the subscription. She was respectful and helpful.
