Simple and pleasant

Getting positive results and solving the issues we had with voice problems was of course the reason for our contacting Speechify, however like everything in life, what makes the process enjoyable is the people with whom you tale the journey. I was fortunate in dealing with a team who not only have the expertise, but the ability to make it simple and pleasant! Really pleased with my interaction and finding the solution to my problem!

Great costumer service!! My agent Christian was extremely helpful and understanding. I really appreciated him responding so quickly and explaining the situation. Although, Speechify wasn't a good fit for my chemistry textbooks, I'm glad to know it is a good service I can use in the future for other text formats. Thank you!

Saves Me Tons Of Hours Reading E-Books

I've been using Speechify for years. It's the absolute fastest way to rip through a long blog post or an even longer PDF. Most ebooks are full of fluff & filler, so this tool allows me to get through it at 2x. When I needed help recently, their agent Mike was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I wanted to try the app for the free trial period but it made the transaction for a year which is very expensive. The frustrating part is that you cannot cancel the subscription and request a refund on the app or website, you need to contact costumer services which might take time to reach back.
