Customer Support will make things right!
Forgot to change my subscription during the trial period and got charged a full year... I knew it was my fault, but I reached out anyway. The customer support I received was amazing and they reversed the charges! Now I'm on a monthly plan which I feel more comfortable about. Great company, would recommend!

Great service!
I have been using this service for about two years now and absolutely love it. It is nice to have anything read to you by an actual person's voice. Also, they understood and processed a refund when I accidentally purchased the wrong subscription. I highly recommend this service to anyone, especially those struggling with reading.
