Good response to customers and good app

The Speechify does really well in communicating with their people and being understanding, they even helped me well with my issue of accidentally buying membership. Aside from that, Speechify is really useful if you wanna hear a speech or book or any sort of text read aloud so you can test how it would sound or so that you can memorize something better if you learn better through hearing rather than reading

Amazing staff (Kristy)

First of all, it was very easy to get in touch with the support team. The response time was very fast and my problem was solved very quickly. I have no problem with this app, but at the moment I cannot afford any kind of subscription. Kristy was very nice and helpful. She helped me cancel my subscription and get a refund. I intend to make a new subscription as soon as my financial situation is more stable. Thank you again Kristy and Speechify.

Hi Kristy!I like this app but sometimes it irritates me.it generate very bad voices sometimes.I recently complained and it is good now but make sure it doesn't behave bad now.and please introduce direct voice input to voice cloning for time saving without entering text.thankyou
