Immaculate around the clock customer service. The staff are very respectful and understanding, and will work with you to get the best possible outcome. I find it very refreshing to have such great service even late in the night, not many companies can pull that off. 100% a very respectful, understanding company. Sofia's great customer service

Sofia has been very helpful over the last couple of days. When I was charged for both Premium and Studio, she worked with me to reverse the charge for the tool I did not want (Premium). Along the way, she asked what was my driving my decision. This was good as it ensured we did not go back and forth because of any misunderstanding I might have had about the functionality differences between the two tools. She works very, very well with customers like me. Thanks Sofia.

After contacting Speechify to cancel my free trial they advised me well and I got that cancelled. They reached out and very very helpful. I will definitely be subscribing in August when school starts.

Dishonest Practices and Horrible Customer Service

I signed up for Speechify's free trial, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My credit card was charged despite the trial period. Additionally, their website also promises a 7-day refund period if contacted within that time frame. I promptly reached out via their two email addresses and also through their chat support. Their response was appalling. They outright refused to offer a refund and instead proposed a 50% discount. I informed them that their app was a complete disaster, ...

Amazing software with realistic voices and amazing customer service foe when I needed to know something. I just joined a business school so it is helping immensely with my task load would highly recommend it.
