Sofia's great customer service

Sofia has been very helpful over the last couple of days. When I was charged for both Premium and Studio, she worked with me to reverse the charge for the tool I did not want (Premium). Along the way, she asked what was my driving my decision. This was good as it ensured we did not go back and forth because of any misunderstanding I might have had about the functionality differences between the two tools. She works very, very well with customers like me. Thanks Sofia.
