"Spark "

What do you like best? This program is easy to use. I don't pick up on computer software that quickly but with spark everything is so simple and self explainatory. We use this at my work to communicate between our team leads and our QAs. When I am in the middle of a phone call for customer support or retention this makes it so easy to ask my team lead any question I may need to ask with out having to drag the call out by getting up and asking.

"If making my life easy could be described I would definitely use Sparkcentral as the title"

What do you like best? I like the queue management and that the account can be split and that notes can be integrated into the interaction. The flow of the interaction since it allow you to move interaction from New, Pending, And Resolved. With the previous tool we had use it was difficult. The SC team is very patient with our crazy request and explain things with a lot of understanding.
