"Using this tool for a few months and so far my experience has been extremely positive"
What do you like best about Sparkbay? First off, I want to say that their customer support is impressive. Also the app is so easy to use. Every week, employees answer an anonymous survey via email and then management sees what's going well and not so well. I'm impressed so far.

What do you like best about Sparkbay? Being an anonymous system, it provides us with real feedback from employees. It also gives a voice to those who don't usually speak out, which provides valuable information.
