What do you like best about Spark Hire? Easy to set up questions for different positions. Easy to watch the completed interviews. The page is easy to nevigate. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? So far so good, nothing really make me feel dislike. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy for us to start the basic screening such as candidate's language skills, their interest for the role.

What do you like best about Spark Hire? We have been using Spark Hire for several years. It has helped us speed up our interview process and is essential to finding and hiring great people. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? Candidates are not always comfortable with a one-way recorded video interview. We encourage candidates to get comfortable and enjoy the process, but although one-way video interviews will become the new normal, we are not quite there yet. Recommendations to others ...
