What do you like best? I like getting to know people beyond their resume before I meet them for their interview. What do you dislike? Some clients find it intimidating. The video can be glitchty. Reasonable, not personal

What do you like best? I thought the interface was simple and straightforward. The video software easily synced up to my computer and I had a glitch free recording session for a video interview. The directional videos before the session were also helpful and informative. What do you dislike? I did not like the concept of a solo video interview.
