What do you like best? The scheduling program is better than Doodle or any other I've encountered. If I could just buy this portion of the program I would. The video messages were neat because sending these to offsite employees made them feel as though they were as part of the team. What do you dislike? The filtering system when looking for videos. I would lose a video for a candidate many times and I consider myself to be a fairly tech-savvy person. This was not very intuitive. ...

What do you like best? Spark Hire has helped us make our application process more streamlined. We used to do phone interviews with candidates for a first step. It was time consuming for the candidate and our managers, limited to 8 to 5 pm for scheduling times and didn't give us the flexibility we really needed.
