Excellent platform!
What do you like best? The best part of using spark hire is being able to conduct a candidate interview from anywhere and anytime! What do you dislike? One of the few down sides to spark hire is the sorting of old interviews that you would like to save after. Recommendations to others considering the product: Explore all the things it can do. User Friendly!
What do you like best? It is very user friendly. The managers love that it doesn't require them having log into the system in order to see the videos. I can just send them the links. Candidates for the most part have no technical difficulties. It is very user friendly. What do you dislike? I've had a couple of candidates struggle to use it on their iPhones. So I always recommend to do their one way Sparkhire interview on a laptop. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Great for what it is!
What do you like best? I think it gave our team so much more flexibility for the hiring process. We were able to meet with candidates that lived too far from our office. We were able to see their faces, their motions, emotions, and how they presented themselves without them having to come physically. This changed the game for our recruiting staff as we did not have to block out times on our calendar to interview, this was done at the convenience of the candidate. What do you dislike? ...

Great time saver for hiring
What do you like best? Spark Hire makes it easy to screen candidates. It's much more useful than a phone screener, because they have a chance to think about the questions and provide their best answers. What do you dislike? The downside would be if one were to use Spark Hire instead of an in-person meeting. An in-person meeting is still important, and Spark Hire will help determine who will best fit the job. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Great Value - intuitive platform, excellent tracking and sharing features!
What do you like best? For our organization, the cost saving of being able to quickly interview applicants from out of the area was a huge improvement to old fashion in-person interviews. What do you dislike? The few repeat processes of creating a job description, scheduling in SparkHire AND in our applicant tracking system - ADP. Seems like these should be able to be uploaded or integrate somehow. Some applicants declined job positions due to having to complete a one way interview- ...

A great tool for hiring the best candidates
What do you like best? I really like that we could quickly interview multiple candidates, which we could then review in our own time across the business. What do you dislike? It's a bit less personal than a typical interview. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filtering lots of candidates down to a small number before we hire. Saved time and money interviewing candidates.

Saved our team a lot of time and allowed the interviewer to provide thoughtful responses.
What do you like best? I really like the flexibility and organization. The ability to give the interviewer their own time to respond to the interview questions reduces the unnessary nervousness that sometimes happens with in-person or phone interviews. The ability to put an end date and then send videos out to review for staff is also very helpful. What do you dislike? I wish there was a feature to customize reviews. For instance, a 5-star rating system feels a bit ineffective if ...
