Convenient and simple to use. Saves us so much time.
What do you like best? ease of use. It doesn't take much for use to get everyone up to speed who will use the platform. What do you dislike? I wish it had a package we could buy for per use. We dont need it every month but if I was able to by 3 postings or something like that I would like that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management. Our managers on have so much time to spend on recruiting efforts

What do you like best? The program is easy to use and the IT Support, when needed, for both me and our applicants, is amazing! I also love you even though you can only have 5 or 10 users at a time with our subscription, you can make a link for unlimited users to view interviews. What do you dislike? I wish there was a plan that allowed you to pay per job, rather than per month. I also wish that you would keep access to your past interviews even if you ended your subscription. ...

Great way to interview multiple candidates
What do you like best? Good integration with our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) What do you dislike? How to rate candidates overall and not just video to video What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Amazing hiring tool - save yourself many hours of vetting applicants
What do you like best? The simplicity of the interface. Easy for applicants to download and easy for companies to login and review videos What do you dislike? How my list of applicants gets reset every time I use the back button after watching a video.. it starts me back at the top of the list. Spark Hire takes interviewing to the next level.
What do you like best? Spark Hire allows us to do one way videoing with our candidates and a minimal cost. It is easy for both parties to use. What do you dislike? It is not always compatible with older desktops. I would highly recommend Spark Hire to anyone.
What do you like best? Spark Hire transcends geographical borders. We use Spark Hire in the Philippines, India, and the United States. What do you dislike? Wonderful experience using Spark Hire!
What do you like best? It allows us to customize questions by role, and adding a video intro/question from our Co-founder & CPO was met with great reviews from candidates!
