What do you like best? ease of use. It doesn't take much for use to get everyone up to speed who will use the platform. What do you dislike? I wish it had a package we could buy for per use. We dont need it every month but if I was able to by 3 postings or something like that I would like that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The program is easy to use and the IT Support, when needed, for both me and our applicants, is amazing! I also love you even though you can only have 5 or 10 users at a time with our subscription, you can make a link for unlimited users to view interviews. What do you dislike? It is not always compatible with older desktops. What do you like best? Really user-friendly for all users! It gives a great opportunity to see a screenshot of a candidate before meeting them/hiring them. What do you dislike? If someone has bad connectivity can be an issue, it's only come up with 1-2 users out of 100+plus interviews sent. however with that said the candidates are able to reach out to customer support which is very helpful and they can assist or we will extend the deadline until in a better area. ...
