What do you like best about Spark Hire? Ease of use; tech support when we added users. Easy to explain/train platform for all users What do you dislike about Spark Hire? Nothing at this time. We are pleased with the product. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get a feel for candidates before asking them to schedule an interview. This is a great screening tool.

Some candidates opt out of participating in the video interview, so while we may lose some candiadtes, we see this as a way to screen level of interest. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves time in interviewing.

You can walk yourself through it, but having a support team and regular check-ins with them makes it so much easier to navigate and manage your needs through the program.
