Fantastic user experience
Easy to use. Intuitive. I was very impressed with this service. It's possible to listen back to the specific audio file so you can check the accuracy. It was very accurate with the English we required transcribed. Don't believe me try it out yourself for free!

Transcription was generally very good
Transcription was generally very good. Nevertheless, some tidying up was required, although this was partly to do with my audio file containing many Islamic terms in Arabic. It could cope with Ramadan, but not with baraka, for example. Also, if the speech was slightly less well articulated, the system could also struggle. However, broadly, it saved me a lot of work.

Good transcription from a source with…
Good transcription from a source with two speakers with very different accents. Not 100% perfect, but a feasible amount of editing and checking still to do. Better than other programs I have used.

Sonix is fast
Sonix is fast, intuitive, low cost, and provides excellent results. I especially like the interface showing videos linked to the transcribed text.
