Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin, not over priced, will send you an email for each transcription so warning about that if you're doing a lot of small files

Excellent Transcription Service
Does a very good job of transcribing video and audio files. It leaves out verbal gaffs and catches most unclear words. Sonix is an excellent service.

This software is amazing and…
This software is amazing and affordable. They sell a project based plan where you purchase only the hours you need!! And I loved the edit capabilities. This was my first transcription experience and it was beyond my expectations. I have already recommended Sonix to someone else.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised. Easy to use, and results are good. Was not able to transcribe a .mov file, but when converted to .mp4 it worked fine. Very prompt and helpful customer service.
