Great Service
I was in a hurry to have interviews transcribed (usually use a transcriber) and Sonix absolutely delivered. The transcripts were very accurate and the system is honest about where accuracy is lacking. Overall a great service and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Very easy to use, honest about accuracy, fairly accurate
It's very easy to use, fairly accurate (I don't think there are any automated transcripts out there that can give 100% accurate results especially when the speech is unclear even to human ears), and doesn't lie about its accuracy. It tells you exactly what part it's not 100% sure about (about 15% usually). So you can just focus on that area and see if you can discern anything on your own.

Time and money-saving!
My role as an interviewer/researcher requires me to transcribe recorded conversations within short time to cover up a large number of interviews before an intended time. Therefore, I can describe my experience jn using Sonix as an outstanding! Editing is always easy and the amount you pay for the services they offer is nothing!
