Conosco Soldo dal 2019 e lo trovo utilissimo come sistema di pagamento da gestire in azienda e con i dipendenti. Ho attivato su più aziende perché vado a colpo sicuro quando conosco il risultato in anticipo

Payment cards not working, support remains silent...
The first days everything went fine. But now since almost a week I can't use my cards anymore the support doesn't answer me neither in chat nor per mail. There are almost 1000GBP left in account. Don't know whats going on. But blocking cards without any notification or reason and than ignoring messages is now way a company dealing with money should do.So far and I hope to get access soo.Edit: Yeah just posting your standard answer but you didn't even tell me that my account is closed... I had some very important issues to understand, really wanted the Soldo process to work, but wasn't sure how or if it was right for me, I did put a clear message out that I really needed to speak to someone urgently, I got a call very early the next day and had a great hour's conversation with a lady called Sarah, who explained everything I wanted to know and how to get it in place, very impressed with her, and now I can move forward with Soldo.Thanks Sarah for your time today!
