Cant update clients... diabolical service
Raised a chargeback with them: 5 months later still no response other than a repeated 'we will have to look into this for you'. Diabolical service from them and fail to understand why they can't at least update.We have closed our account and moved to another expenses platform and will progress the compliant to the FCA if needed.Strongly advise against using this firm unless you're happy to wait days on end for any form of response.
