What do you like best? It is easy for technicians to share remote connections or transfer sessions between users. What do you dislike? No option to reboot a remote machine to safe mode. What do you like best? Easy of use. Fast access to the web interface. Easy management. Fast connection. Easy user interaction What do you dislike? You can delete technicians. What do you like best? The ease of clients being able to request support from the support team. What do you dislike? nothing, this product works very well for our requirements. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? support calls are easier to handle with out software. customers do not always explain thing correctly, when we sign on and they can show me the issues that are being experienced and solving is more timely.

Management of users has never been easier with this product which packs every product into one easy to install agent. all features work well together and any blips/issues i have encountered have been resolved by technical support in a reasonable time frame.
