What do you like best? Easy of use. Fast access to the web interface. Easy management. Fast connection. Easy user interaction What do you dislike? You can delete technicians. If you forget to mark the client as a technician you can't do it later What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Management of users has never been easier with this product which packs every product into one easy to install agent. all features work well together and any blips/issues i have encountered have been resolved by technical support in a reasonable time frame. What do you like best? Makes remote controlling very efficient you have all the tools you need into a single console. Your sessions are recorded, you can enable two factor authentication, transfer a remote session to another technician, the file transfer resume from where it left. What do you dislike?
