What do you like best? it has multiple features, command prompt and reboot/reconnect are my favorite. its fast. file transfer is nice too What do you dislike? can't think of any, it works well take control What problems are you solving with the product? One of the best products I have used!

What do you like best? It is very intuitive and easy to use. The system info page for each device you remote into is spectacular. The ability to generate the "calling cards" has opened up a new way for us to provide remote service to end users who do not want to purchase a contract. What do you dislike? Best remote control tool

What do you like best? It just works every single time. Across Windows and OS X. It is incredibly reliable. What do you dislike? I wish I could use it on iOS and Android. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster resolution to customer support issues without having to walk the end users through connection to me.

Beats the pants off Teamviewer

What do you like best? It works well, is fast and has a full set of features. We ditched Teamviewer for Takecontrol because we could avoid additonal per person and channel costs and it was the start of us earning MRR. Quite excited about the Passportal integration What do you dislike? Nothing really. We don't have any issues with it. What problems are you solving with the product? We are using N-Central and while it allow us to remote connect to many devices, the agent need to be deployed first and many customer doesn`t have the administrative rights on their computer.
